REHEARSALS

Can I reserve a solo or duo rehearsal?
Yes. Solo and duo rehearsals can be reserved up to 48hrs before the desired rehearsal time by phone or by email. Both of these are special rates; Solo rehearsals are a minimum of 1hr for 12$, duo rehearsals are a minimum of 2hrs for 40$.

Can I reserve your studios to record in?
As we have our own video services we do not allow exterior teams to record in our studios. You are welcome to make tiktoks and other social media posts however professional videos/livestreams/YouTube videos must be reserved through our team. Basebintv.com

Do non musicians (people coming to watch) the rehearsal count in there maximum number of people allowed in the studio?
Yes. The maximum occupancy includes anyone who will be present in the studio during the rehearsal including managers, spectators, children etc.

Can I reserve 1 or 2 hours for a group rehearsal?
The minimum time you can reserve for a group is 3hrs.

Do you have rehearsal packages?
Yes! For group rehearsals we have a Buy 4 Get 1 Free, this means every 5th rehearsal is free when you buy 4. For solos we have 22hrs for $180, this means you get 4 hours free. Please contact our team for more details and to get your rehearsal package today. (No expiry, can be used at will)
RECORINGS + MIXING

How much time should I reserve for a vocal recording if I'm a beginner?
We often suggest 2hrs for any beginner. This allows you the time to do multiple takes, background vocals and to plan out any production needs with your engineer while in session.

When will I receive my mix?
We require the balance for your services to be in paid in full before your mix will be sent to you. Should you have any notes or changes after you receive the first mix from your engineer we would be happy to make the adjustments for you and this will become the final mix.

Can people come to watch me while I record.
Yes. However as the studio is not a very large space we ask that you please keep your spectators or team to a minimum (preferably no more than 4 people)

Can I reserve a solo recording for a drum since its only once instrumentalist?
The drum itself requires upwards of 8-10 microphones to get a great sounding recording. As this is more than 1 microphone at a time it would fall under our "multitrack" recording services. Solo recording sessions are limited to 1-2 instruments at a time assuming they will not interfere with each others recordings.
Multitrack sessions include (but are not limited to): drum sessions, choirs + multi vocalists, full band set ups etc.

Can I bring my own team to record my music video?
As we offer our own in house video production services we do not allow exterior teams to film in our studios. To find out more about our services please visit basebintv.com

When will I receive my video?
We require the balance for your services to be in paid in full before your video will be sent to you. Should you have any notes or changes after you receive the first edit of your video from your engineer we would be happy to make the adjustments for you and this will become the final edit.

How do I reserve/cancel my video shoot?
Once you have gone over the details of your video shoot with our team we require a %50 deposit to secure the date. This deposit Is fully refundable up to 48hrs before the intended date. Should you need to cancel or reschedule please contact our team asap. Should you cancel under 48hrs a $100 cancellation fee will be withheld.

Do I need an engineer for a podcast sessions?
When we provide an engineer they stay with you for the duration of your session. They set up/make adjustments to the lighting, cameras, camera angles, ensure that all audio and video is recording without error. Should you have a team and are able to do this by yourselves you are more than welcome to.

Do I need to bring a hard drive?
Most likely. If you would like to receive all of the video footage we will require a hard drive from you. Should you only want an edited version we will most likely be able to dropbox it to you depending on the size.

Can I have the Raw files of my video?
Unfortunately we do not give out any raw files to clients, all data stays within Base Bin Studios. Should you need screen grabs or videos for social media done please consult our team.
